Overview

That’s exactly what ESI helped one of their clients do: quickly and securely synthesize large volumes of technical and scientific documents into insights.

The Challenge

Our client was drowning in highly scientific and technical content—from dense research papers to electronic health records and clinical trial results. Manually combing through all the data was not only time-consuming, it slowed down research and strained resources. They needed a faster, smarter way to uncover insights, without compromising sensitive information.

The Solution

We combined intelligent document processing with other generative AI models to deliver a seamless process from start to finish.

With just a few clicks, our process synthesized a large volume of documents through the following steps:

  1. Upload documents to a secure, private cloud bucket to leverage AWS cloud capabilities. 
  2. Scan and extract relevant keywords and phrases.
  3. Filter and remove sensitive information (including personally identifiable and protected health information).
  4. Notify human developers to review the accuracy and data privacy.

As a result, our client had a summary of the relevant information at their fingertips.
