Adam joined ESI in in August 2018, bringing almost four decades of leadership and more than 20 years of IT project, program, and executive management experience. He is responsible for encouraging, developing, and leading ESI personnel. He also manages ESI’s business operations and business development efforts.

As a seasoned business leader who understands the importance of valuing each employee individually, Adam has a passion and gift for empowering teams to work together to meet and exceed customer expectations. He has a degree in management and enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and family.
