A leading technology innovator, Thomas joined ESI in February 2024, bringing over 30 years of federal IT experience. Thomas has a deep understanding of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning (AI/ML). He comes to us from Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he led AI/ML Innovation programs. Thomas also led multiple federal contracts at Booz Allen Hamilton that delivered innovative technical transformation solutions for civil government, defense, and intelligence agencies. He is a Professor of Data Analytics at George Mason University. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, and an MBA, MS in Management, and Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland Global Campus. Avid art collectors, Thomas and his wife enjoy spending time in their Fine Art Gallery in Cumberland, Maryland.
